Save the Glossies - Enamel Pin
Glossie Black Cockatoos are one of the more threatened species of cockatoo in Australia. They are very particular about what they eat, favouring seeds from she-oak cones, sometimes only on certain, favourite trees. Their numbers are dwindling due to habitat loss, both for food sources but also for suitable nesting sites. They are delightfully one of the friendliest of Australia's birds, as well as one of the quietest. You can read more about them in The Glossy Black Conservancy website here - https://glossyblack.org.au/ This is also where $5 from the sale of each of these pins will be donated.
