How to order on account

To make the order and pay later, please choose "Bank Deposit" as your payment option at checkout.
Please note, you will receive an invoice within 10 minutes via the email address you used to log in. We are unable to automatically send the invoice to a different email address, so if your organisation has a separate bookkeeping or account email, you will need to forward the invoice to them yourself.
Our default order on account terms is 30 days from the creation of the order. If your organisation is unable to meet this deadline, please get in touch with our Business Manager to discuss alternate terms.

Adding a Purchase Order (PO) number

To include a PO# with your order so that it will appear on your invoice, please start adding items to your cart. Once you have added an item your cart will contain a drop-down field titled "Please enter purchase order number here, if applicable." Click the small arrow next to this text and field will appear in which you can add your PO#, as well as any other notes you would like to appear on your tax invoice.

Ordering via email

We are happy to accept orders via email at wholesale@bridgetfarmerprintmaker.com. They will usually be created and shipped within 3 working days. During extremely busy periods or during staff leave it may take up to 7 days.

Shipping

We only ship within Australia.

Rates:

$26.95 - Tracked shipping on orders between $50 - $500 

$15 - Subsidised Tracked Shipping on orders between $500-$1000

$10 - Tracked shipping on orders under $50

FREE - Orders over $1000 ship for free

Terms and Conditions

WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. MINIMUM ORDER

I currently have no minimum order.

2. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Submit your order via my wholesale site or alternatively you can email your order to bridget@bridgetfarmerprintmaker.com
Orders placed through the website are paid upfront and are shipped within 7 days. Orders placed by email will be invoiced via email, as well as on delivery.

Accounts must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If invoices have been repeatedly paid late I will require upfront payment before goods are sent in all future orders.

3. WHOLESALE PRICING

All prices are listed in AU dollars. All authorised retailers will receive 50% off the RRP, plus the cost of shipping. GST is included in all prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. PAYMENTS

My wholesale website accepts payments by credit card and paypal. Invoices can be paid by bank transfer or credit card

5. SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping is calculated by order total. 

Orders under $500 attract a fee of $26.95

Orders between $500 and $100 attract a subsidised fee of $15

Orders over $1000 ship for free.

6. DAMAGES, DEFECTS AND INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact me at bridget@bridgetfarmerprintmaker.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective items. Returned goods will be replaced with new merchandise.

7. EXCLUSIVITY

Exclusivity per postcode for smaller locations can be granted upon request. For larger urban areas I decide on a case by case basis. To hold exclusivity orders totalling $2000 or more must be placed per year. If this order total lapses I am free to wholesale to other stockists in your area without notice.

8. DISTRIBUTION

My products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy or similar.

9. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL MATERIAL

All Bridget Farmer product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Bridget Farmer. Approved stockists are welcome to use any of the images on my website for the purpose of promoting the product/s. High res images are available upon request in writing to bridget@bridgetfarmerprintmaker.com
